ABCAN Property Holdings has invested in ARLO Properties latest project in Southampton. ARLO Properties has acquired a one bedroom flat with a short lease. The project will see the flat reconfigured into a two bedroom property, with the not only a full refurbishment but also the lease being extended.
We have invested with ARLO on a similar project last year and it was a pleasure to not only invest with Luke, but to also see the way ARLO transformed the flat from a tired, run down one bed place to a beautiful two bed modern home. It is also an opportunity to learn from Luke’s experience which will hopefully result in similar projects for ABCAN.
ABCAN will be looking to invest in similar projects.
